When we receive a new order in the system,
Step-I: Default confirmation email will be sent to the customer
Step II: Our representative will call for the order confirmation (within working hours), once confirm, information will be shared with the supply chain team for dispatch. After receipt of payment or in case of COD, shipment will be dispatched to the customer.

Order Completion status: When the customer receive the order its status gets changed to “Order complete”
Order Cancelled: In case of order cancellation by the customer, the order status gets updated accordingly.

Yes, you will receive soft copy of the invoice via email
